A thought-provoking Youth Conclave was organized by AYUDH at Auro University

A thought-provoking Youth Conclave was organized by AYUDH at Auro University, Surat as part of C20 Education and Digital Transformation Working Group Conclave, featuring 25 prominent core members of AYUDH Gujarat. The event aims to foster meaningful discussions on crucial topics related to Education for Life and Global Citizenship. The conclave served as a platform for the AYUDH members to present their ideas and insights on four significant themes: ‘Global Citizenship through Service Learning’, ‘Indian Gurukula- an Inspiration for Self-Reliant Learning’, ‘Heritage and Ancient Culture of India in Education System’ and ‘Mindfulness and Counseling in Education System’.

The chief guest of the conclave was Dr Bhavna Kamlesh Joshipura, Senior Advocate, Former first woman mayor of Rajkot. The conclave was moderated by Br Ramanandamrita Chaitanya, Director MA Centres and AYUDH Americas who lead the brainstorming sessions with AYUDHians.

Bri Amritatmika Chaitanya and Bri Niseema, National Coordinators of AYUDH spoke about Amma’s vision for Education for life and their direct experience with Amma and the great learning they had from Amma’s teachings in connection with the Youth Conclave topics.

Br Amritatmika Chaitanya quoted, “Youth is the best medium to deliver the inputs on real Education for Life and the implementations to be adapted in the education system under the C20 working group. The youth Conclave impacted the Youth as well as relevant in ensuring to present the best practices for integrating compassion in education for a better future as envisioned by Amma”

The Youth Conclave brought together young minds passionate about shaping the future of education and policy in India. AYUDH, a dynamic organization working towards the holistic development of youth, has carefully selected its core members to represent their respective ideas for policy making under the C20 working group. The conclave became an intellectually stimulating event that contributed valuable implementations to be added in the policy-making process, ways to integrate culture and values that existed in ancient India to be added in the modern education.

The discussions and presentations by the AYUDH members provided valuable insights for policy-makers, educators, and stakeholders involved in shaping the future of education in India. By discussing these critical topics, the Youth Conclave aimed to ignite conversations that will contribute to the development of progressive policies that address the evolving needs of the education system.

Overall, the Youth Conclave at Auro University holds the promise of invigorating discussions, insightful presentations, and a collaborative approach towards policy-making in the education sector. It is set to inspire and empower the youth, encouraging them to become catalysts of change in the educational landscape of India.

Every point we presented was inspired by the values and morals that we learned from Amma and being part of AYUDH.
