Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

Under the leadership of Amrita Yuva Dharmadhara (AYUDH), members of Thiruvalla continue to provide free lunch and food kits to the sick, those living in the quarantine and those suffering from malnutrition in the area.

Under the leadership of Bhavyamrita Prana, the head of the Mata Amritanandamayi Math, AYUDH, a youth group of the Math, delivered food cooked by AYUDH's special volunteers and Math inmates daily to various homes and centers, strictly following the COVID instructions, rules of conduct and hygiene.
