Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

A team from Amrita Vishwavidyapeetham, Kerala initiated the 999 Challenge for the schools in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. 999 challenge, is a global initiative of Integrated Holistic Health Working group of Civil 20. This includes 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar, 9 minutes of World peace Meditation, to be practiced for 9 days.

Such sessions are being conducted throughout the country for the physical, mental and emotional upliftment of the students.

Many students gave feedbacks at the end of the sessions. One of the students said "This is for the first time I did Surya Namaskar followed by meditation. I felt very relaxed and calm. I am looking forward for the challenge and will continue with the practice even after the challenge is over."
