Ayudh - Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma

AYUDH volunteers of Amrita Vidyalayams across Tamil Nadu & Puducherry attended Session 1 of the AYUDH Foundation Course. The sessions at the respective schools were led by Brahmacharini Vagishamrita Chaitanya (National Coordinator, AYUDH India ) and Ms. Neena S Purushothaman (Program Associate, Office of Youth Empowerment) Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus . Through various fun and engaging activities, games, videos and presentations students learnt that Sanatana Dharma has solutions to all their problems. They were also guided through Amma 's Ma-Om meditation technique.
